She is the most amazing person you will ever meet in your ENTIRE life.

Love?

They say that hate is a strong word,
but they throw love around like it's nothing.

Love is just as harsh a word as hate.
When someone tells you they love you, you automatically
put a trust in them.
You believe in them.
You believe they aren't going to hurt you..But what is love?
A funny feeling you get when you see someone,
that continuously makes you smile..
Or something that is used much to often, especially by us young-ens.

How many of you have told some one,
more than one some one,
that you love them?

I know i have.
I was with this kid for nearly two years,
on again off again
of course.

But i thought i was in love.
He made me happier than i had ever been in my life.
All i ever wanted to do was be with him.
He was on my mind every second
of every day.

We were together all the time,
He was my best friend,
he was my life..

Until we broke up.
We did that a lot towards the end,
we would fight and say things we didn't mean..
but we always ended up together again.

but not that time.
I honestly can't even remember why we were fighting,
but i remember the break up.
Nasty words were thrown,
horrible things were said,
and we were both the angriest we had ever been at each other.

So, that brings me to the point of this entire blog.

Love, being a great thing
is one of the scariest,
and most painful
things in this world.

Giving your heart to someone,
and trusting them not to
break it into a million
pieces..

I don't know if i even trust myself that much..

WARPED TOUR!

It's summer time, which means it's time for Warped Tour

I absolutely love Warped Tour. If you don't know what Warped Tour is, well you're a loser. haha Just kidding =D But Warped Tour is a summer event when they get a bunch of amazing bands to play together and you pay like $35 or so for a ticket to see all of these AMAZING bands.

I love this song.
It's inspirational.
It happens much too often now that people take life for granted.
They think because times get hard, its okay for them to sit in their corners and let life pass them by.
But life is much too short to sit by and let time keep flying.

There are people out there who have nothing left.
Who are on the verge of death.
and who live their day to day lives with more enthusiasm than most of us "healthy"
people do.

We have all passed up the opportunity to dance.
We have all thought "I don't want to because I'm afraid what others are going to think about me. What if they laugh."
Am i right?
Well, i know i sure have.
But time goes by so fast,
theres not much of it left to care what others think.
For alot of kids in our "community" this is their last year of high school.
their last year to see all of their friends that they have grown up with everyday.
So, dance.
Live it up.
Quit taking your life for granted,
and make Miss Lee Ann Womack proud.

Although he is technically half of me, he is not my father.
You have to stick around for more than six months of your child's life to be considered a father in my book.
The mess of that story is one that takes time, and emotion to tell and I'm sorry, but i am not going to go into that right now.
I have lived my entire life without a father,
and I wouldn't change anything about that.

My mother.

My saving grace.
I love my mom.
She went through hell to make my brother and i the people we are today.
She has been through more than anyone will ever know.
She is the strongest, and most amazing woman i have ever met.
She is caring, loving, and a wonderful mother.
I wouldn't give her up for anything.
She is more than just my mom,
she is my best friend.
I love you mom!

I love him.
He is a goof, and at times really hard to get along with.
But i love him
He is a great brother.
He always looks out for me, and makes sure that I'm okay.
He is seventeen, and thinks its his job to be the man of the house.
I guess we needed one of those.

My life has been pretty good.
I have had plenty of obstacles thrown my way,
which makes life all the more interesting.
I mean come on, if all of us had easy lives
there would be too many Paris Hiltion's in this world.
Am i right?

The Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club.
GREAT MOVIE.
This is probably one of my most favorite movies ever created.
I know, i know. Most people are into like scary movies,
or intense, suspenseful movies.
And don't get me wrong, i love movies like that too.
But the Breakfast Club just cracks me up,
I think movies were so much better back in the old days.

If you haven't seen this movie, you definitely need to.

If we could only have stayed friends.. Maybe this wouldn't be so hard

Okay.

So, say you know someone
who you were once rather close to,
but have grown apart from.
And you know they are in trouble.
And you know they are mixed in with some terrible, scary things.
But you are not the type of person to tell anyone those things.
But if you don't, she might never get out of it.
And you don't want to hurt her by telling anyone,
but you don't want to have to attend her funeral before high school graduation.

What would you do?
Would you ruin her life by telling,
or save it?

Craig Gets A Virus.

Okay.
So we all know a mister Taylor Severyn
(possible spelling mistake Sorry Taylor)
and I am sure most of you have heard us calling him Craig.
Well, this is why.
Put some glasses on Taylor, and you get Craig.

Horror movie, yes?

Horror movies.
I love 'em.
They are great.
Probably one of the best horror movies I have seen lately is 13 ghosts. Its about this family that moves into their uncles old "machine" like house.
What they don't know, is that their are 12 tortured spirits locked up in the basement, and the rooms are being unlocked by the main control in the center of the house slowly, one by one. Although it is an amazing movie, i must warn you that one of the ghosts is a female in her birthday suit, so to avoid awkwardness I don't suggest watching this with your parents.

Paramore

I listen to all kinds of music, and many different bands.
Music, for me, is an escape.
Cranking up the stereo to drown out parents, siblings,
or maybe just thoughts is my form of
"self medication."
One of my most favorite bands in the entire world is Paramore.
I love them.
They put the feelings of so many people into lyrics, its amazing.
Not all of their music is hard,
they have a few songs that you can jam out to,
but they also have a few that you can listen to even in your worst of moods.
The lead singer, Hayley, is gorgeous.
My favorite song by Paramore is "When it Rains"

Christian Bale says there might not be another Batman movie =(

I don't know about all of you,

but i absolutely love the Batman movies. When i was a little girl, I thought Batman was super cute. Batman was always one of my favorite heroes, until The Dark Knight came out. When i saw that movie, I was totally going for the Joker. But then again, Heath Ledger was my favorite actor. I literally cried myself to sleep when i found out about his death.

So when i saw this article, it definitely caught my attention. I think that The Dark Knight was so epic, that it would be okay with me if they stopped there. They not only lost Heath Ledger, they lost their director, so in my opinion, the right choice is to stop there.

Conference?

So, as you all know the conference (i don't know how to spell the name of it) is this weekend. I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty stoked.

Alright, so I don't know about all of you, but i had a rather hard time deciding what to write about for the second blog. I guess I could start with getting to know everyone a little better. I want to know what interests everyone else in our little "community". What kind of music do you guys listen to? What do you guys like to do for fun? You know, the basics. Well, comment. Upward Bound, yes?

The first few days have been pretty wild. The kids in this program are absolutely amazing. My roomate is a miss Stephanie Coley. She is great. I am very glad i was roomed with her, she is super chill and easy going. I'm not really diggin' the homework, and I think study hall is going to get very boring very quick. Other than that, i love the program. I have made some new, amazing friends. My team leader, CHAVEY, is freaking hilarious and I love her! Well, comment=)
